Teams may have a maximum of 5 players

  • Jump ball to start the game. 18+ Home Team shoots for the ball. (Home Team is the lower team on schedule).
  • Games will be played to 15 by 1’s and 2’s, win by one point.
  • All courts will have an official/court monitor, excluding the 18+ court, which will be call your own fouls.
  • After a scored basket, out of bounds, or foul, the team with possession must check the ball at the top of the key, it is then live and they will need to pass it to a teammate before dribbling.
  • Jump balls will alternate possession.
  • On any change of possession, teams must clear the ball behind the 3pt line by having control and establishing all 3 points behind the line (Both feet and ball).
  • After a made basket, the team scored upon will take possession at the top of the key with check-in and pass-in.
  • All fouls will result in a check at the top of the key, and no shooting fouls.
  • Each team is allowed one 30-second timeout per game.

Pacific Basketball League Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in the Pacific Basketball League Tournament (the “Activity”), and as consideration for the right to participate in the Activity, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, my team, players, coaches and spectators, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the Activity, and do hereby release and forever discharge The Pacific Basketball League, and participating school facilities, their affiliates, managers, directors, members, agents attorneys, staff, volunteers, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, that may be suffered as a direct result of participation in the aforementioned Activity, including traveling to and from an event related to this Activity.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Pacific Basketball League against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise, brought by me or anyone on my behalf including attorney fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by anyone associated with my team.
